Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Hafoso when you use the platform.

1. About these terms
These terms apply when you create a workspace on Hafoso, use it, or visit hafoso.com. By signing up or using the service you agree to them. If you sign up for an organisation, you confirm that you are at least 18 and allowed to accept these terms on its behalf; "you" then means that organisation.
2. Your account and workspace
- Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including the people you invite and the roles you give them.
- Tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.
3. Plans, payment and renewal
- The Starter plan is free, with the limits shown on our pricing page. Paid plans and add-ons are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, in VND or USD.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your billing page; the change applies as shown there.
- Payments are handled by our payment providers. Prices exclude taxes unless stated; applicable taxes such as VAT are added at checkout.
- Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it or we agree otherwise in writing.
- If a payment fails, we will let you know. If it is not settled, your workspace may move to the free plan and its limits.
- We may change our prices. Changes apply from your next renewal, and we will tell you at least 30 days in advance.
4. Your content and data
You own the content you add to Hafoso: your pages, files, form entries, cases and records. You give us permission to host, copy and display it only as needed to run the service for you. You can export your data while your workspace is active.
When you collect personal data from your own customers, employees or visitors, you are responsible for having a lawful basis and their consent where required, for telling them how you use it, and for answering their requests. We process that data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
